Mr. Amruth Lal R Patel is accomplished Chartered Accountant with professional experience in Direct Taxation, Audit, and Regulatory Compliance. A graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University and he is also a Fellow Member of ICAI, practicing since 2011.
In addition to his CA credentials, he has successfully cleared all levels of the Company Secretary (CS) examinations in his first attempt, securing an All India Rank 10 in the Executive Programme.
He began his career with a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm in Bengaluru, where he was actively
involved in:
• Audits under the Companies Act and Income Tax Act
• Limited reviews of listed and unlisted companies
• Financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments
• Audits of charitable trusts and institutions
• Tax advisory and compliance services for individuals, firms, and LLPs
As a founding partner of APAR & CO LLP, he currently heads the firm’s Direct Tax Practice and audit vertical, offering expert counsel on income tax planning, representation before tax authorities, and transaction structuring. His analytical approach, in-depth understanding of tax laws, and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted advisor to a diverse client base across industries.
Mr. Ashwin Patel is a Commerce graduate from Bangalore University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With over a decade of professional experience, he is a recognized expert in Indirect Taxation, with a strong specialization in Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Throughout his career, he has gained substantial experience in managing GST audits, refunds, compliance, and advisory services for a wide range of clients, including individuals, firms, and LLPs. His in-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax laws enables him to provide practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
As a founding partner of APAR & CO LLP, he currently heads the firm’s Indirect Tax practice and audit vertical, offering strategic direction and end-to-end support on all GST-related matters.
